When Jason feeds the horses that are close to the house, every now and then I am able to go along. I love these times. Being able to go and watch him work, and to just be with him for a couple of minutes is a wonderful thing to me. A moment in time where I get him all to myself. A moment that I should probably enjoy in silence, savoring our quiet moments together outside. Ya, you all know me, I like to talk. He doesn’t get a quiet feeding time when he takes me along. He gets the how-many-questions-can-she-cram-into-5-minutes feeding time. Poor guy!
In a quest to be quiet, I pulled out the camera.
I’m glad you came along! ( Jason thanks you for being quieter than me.)
Bobbie
Beautiful pictures of the cows and horses!!! Take Care and God Bless 🙂 Kenny T
Thank you Kenny, I’m glad you enjoyed them!
How beautiful. What a blessing, where you are. 🙂
It truly is a blessing to live with a daily reminder of how great God is! 🙂
What a treat is is to see these photographs!
I’m glad you enjoyed them! 🙂
Seems a very serene and earthy surrounding. I enjoyed the pictures. Thanks!
It really is serene! Earthy too. 😉 It’s nice to be at a place where what you hear is nature ( and kids) and not town noises!
Hey! I’m so glad I found your blog! We are planning on moving back to Montana (again… been there 3 times…. long story. I did understand your “A trip down the rutted road” post)
in the late summer, early fall before winter comes, Lord willing.
It’s so nice to “see” Montana again first hand through your blog. 🙂
I’d love to chat with you via email. Is there a way to contact you?
Blessings!
Janet….. mamachildress
Janet, where are you guys living at now, and where in Montana are you going to be moving to? I’m glad that you enjoyed the pictures. I would give you an email but I am horrible at checking it. If you do facebook find http://www.facebook.com/fromamontanafrontporch , it’s a great way to catch me! I would love to visit with you some more! 🙂
Hi Bobbie! Can you believe it… I’m not on FB. 🙂 Seriously, I can spend way more time online than I need to as it is! That is why I’ve not signed up.
Is there a way I can contact you so I don’t have to write my life story here in the comments section? 🙂
I do have a blog if you want to go over and take a peek to make sure I’m not a weirdo! 🙂 Countrylivingmama.blogspot.com
And we currently live in TX. We used to live in Great Falls and then our last time was spent in Cascade which is right outside of GF.
Hope to chat with you soon!
Blessings,
Janet
One thing’s for sure… It looks awfully cold! And were you put to work, too? 🙂 Lovely photos… I particularly like the one where the straw was in focus but the cattle in the background were not. Really nice. (And poor Jason! LOL)
Yes, he made me work! Perhaps he was thinking it would freeze my tongue! LOL The picture of the straw in focus is actually my favorite, and it was soooo cold that morning! Like 6 degrees without the windchill cold! 🙂 It’s a good thing that talking warms a person up. 😉
You two are so cute!….(that is some serious work you are up to, though! Wow!)
Aww, thanks Kate! Jason is the serious worker here, I merely poured a bag of mineral! 🙂
Still. It was a very serious bag of mineral! 🙂
Thank you for sharing! The pictures are great and it looks so beautiful…but too cold for my butt! Hehe.
Too cold?? Your from Pennsylvania where it snows feet at a time! 🙂
I would love to do that! Just call on me when there’s no snow, m’kay?
Love that horse shot. Very seasonal and regional all at once. I love your photo posts, Bobbie. Please do more for me.
PS — Sorry to have been away so long. It’s been crazy here. Miss you.
I understand the busy!! And anytime that you want to come help, I will have a spot saved for you!
